Situation:  Near the heart of Malaga old town, a refurbishment in an older building in the center, 120 sq m, spectacular sea-and city views, but these were not taken advantage of. The kitchen was situated in the back of the home, missing valuable space and brightness. The narrow rooms & hall ways made the apartment look small, dark, and claustrophobic. Last century equipment: electricity, plumbing. Home-comfort does not exist due to the lack of heating and cooling. Non sealed aluminum windows, simple glazing, perfect for temperature exchanges. Solution

The home has been upgraded to North European standards, materials and equipment: Kitchen, bathrooms, carpentry and machinery. Reorganizing the interior distribution to new layout, where the living area receives a complete new feeling of open space. Optimized view potential: Breathtaking views to Malaga port, sea-views, cathedral, and Malaga old town.  Exterior wall insulation, new doors, effective windows, new floor and bathroom tiles have been added, this summary makes a modern home with breathtaking views.
