Situation: A 15 year old apartment on two levels: 80 sqm apartment + an up-stears terrace of 50 sqm. Complete striping and started from scratch, as only the exterior walls remain. Inside was very dark, with a closed up kitchen and a staircase in the middle of the living-dining area, taking a valuable space away. False ceilings made the apartment look small, as well as the interior distribution not well used. The upper terrace was just as an access area, with an unpractical caracol staircase
Work: Completely stripped, leaving just the outside walls and the windows.
Completely new walls bathrooms, electricity, plumbing, kitchen, & a tailor made staircase adapted into the natural space.
Solution: The distribution has been re-changed completely, all space is well used with an open & bright kitchen. The living-dining area gives a complete new feeling. No false ceilings, creating harmony between the different spaces. The staircase is tailor made and calculated on the millimeter by our technical team for a perfect fitting.
Result: A more oxygened and bright apartment, with a natural flow from one area into another. The upper terrace is reconverted into a living space with an outside kitchen, pergola and utility-storage room. Gives the impression that we have a double sized apartment.
